Alia Stowers is the owner of Tarath, LLC, a consulting business that helps organizations implement their vision and empowers leaders to be their best selves in leadership. As a certified Great Game of Business^® coach, she loves guiding companies in the exceptional business model. Alia first became passionate about the Great Game of Business when she served as a practitioner at Greene County, Missouri, in what they called the Great Game^® of Government.

Alia is a Gallup-Certified strengths coach and is particularly passionate about using strengths culture and other tools to support the Great Game of Business in building lasting cultural change (along with rapid financial results). She has been coaching leaders for 15 years and has a natural diagnostic gift when consulting with organizations, particularly around engagement and culture issues. She has her M.A. in Organizational Leadership and works with companies in multiple industries, including manufacturing, consulting/training, education, healthcare, financial institutions, government, and faith-based non-profit organizations.
