Two-time Olympian, Dr. Ilan Kogus, lives in Sydney Australia, and is a very experienced Great Game Coach who offers his clients a proven process to achieve profitable growth. Dr. Ilan Kogus specializes in the facilitation of The Great Game of Business^® in the Asia Pacific Region and Sydney Australia.

Ilan began his Great Game™ journey in 1995, fell in love with the methodology, and has focused on teaching and coaching the Great Game of Business in Australia, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, and the Middle East. Since joining The Great Game of Business Community in 1995, Dr. Ilan Kogus has helped hundreds of companies achieve rapid financial results and lasting cultural change.

His work experience includes clients like The Body Shop UK, Goldbell Engineering Singapore / Malaysia, Ernst & Young Australia, Accor Hotels Asia Pacific, Shell Oil Australia, Applied Materials Taiwan, Nylex Malaysia / Indonesia, and many other small, mid-size, and large companies. 

Ilan Holds a Ph.D. in Achievement & Sport Psychology and is known for his work with Australia’s elite sporting teams including the Australian Wallabies (world Champions 1999), Tennis Australia, the Australian 2000 Olympic Team, the Sydney Flames (Australian Champions 1993), and NZ Rugby.

Ilan enjoys playing tennis and is a keen student of American and European history and change.
