Our Support Team

Kristi Stringer started working at The Great Game of Business^® in 1994, immediately after the original release of Jack Stack’s revolutionary book. She spent five years on staff during and after college, then went on to pursue a career in marketing.  She spent the next 14 years in a variety roles, including as a media buyer for an ad agency, director of communications for an electric cooperative, and a freelance marketing and graphic design consultant.

Ultimately, the reward and excitement of helping companies engage their employees and create a culture of ownership drew her back into the Great Game of Business family.  Back in the fold since 2013, Kristi is passionate about the Great Game and inspired by the companies who are redefining capitalism to include all employees. 

Kristi received her BS in communications from Missouri State University, and her MBA from Drury University. She enjoys kayaking, camping, snow skiing, and spending time with her young adult children.
