Following the action is big and bold at NewStream. Wall-sized “Show Me the Money” boards tracking income and cash-flow are revised weekly. The sales team posts daily sales data by customer account. T he production crew created an enormous Nascar racetrack with eight circling cars, each representing progress in a given line item on the cash-flow statement. Other daily scoreboards monitor everything from shipments to cash collections. Finally, a colorful array of employee and teams achievements are posted on the wall of recognition.
